Registration Terms & Refund Policy

Event Recording, Media & Intellectual Property Release
By attending the Power Brokers Washington, DC Sports Summit (the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree that Fusion Sports & Entertainment, LLC (“Organizer”) may photograph, record, film, or otherwise capture your name, likeness, voice, and participation in any format. You grant Organizer a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display such materials in any media now known or later developed, including for editorial, promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes related to the Event or future events. You waive any right to inspect or approve such materials and release Organizer from any claims arising from their use, including claims related to privacy, publicity, or compensation. All Event photography, video, and related content are the exclusive property of Organizer.Attendees may not record, livestream, broadcast, or commercially distribute any portion of the Event without prior written consent from Organizer.

Event Format, Agenda & Speaker Disclaimer
Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event format, agenda, schedule, programming, and speakers at any time without notice.

No refunds or credits will be issued due to changes in speakers, programming, timing, or format.

Event Changes, Postponement & Cancellation
Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event at any time due to circumstances including, but not limited to, speaker availability, venue issues, operational requirements, or events beyond Organizer’s reasonable control. If the Event is postponed or canceled by Organizer, registered paid attendees will receive either:

- A credit toward a future Organizer-produced event, or
- At Organizer’s discretion, a refund of the registration fee.

Organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel, lodging, or related expenses.

Force Majeure
Organizer shall not be liable for any delay, postponement, cancellation, or modification of the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, terrorism, labor disputes, government orders, public health emergencies, or venue unavailability.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 24 hours: full refund minus 3% processing fee.
- Cancellations more than 15 business days prior: refund minus $200 administrative fee.
- No refunds within 15 business days of the Event.
- Complimentary registrations are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including illness, injury, or property loss. Organizer disclaims liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Event content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Code of Conduct & Admission Rights
Organizer may refuse entry or remove any attendee for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Ticketing & Transferability
Registrations are non-transferable without written approval from Organizer.

Health & Safety
Attendees acknowledge potential exposure to communicable illnesses and assume all related risks.

General
These Terms constitute the full agreement between attendee and Organizer and may be updated at any time.
