Registration Terms & Refund Policy

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or attending the Power Brokers Sports Anchored Development Summit (the “Event”), you agree to be bound by these Registration Terms & Refund Policy, as well as any additional terms, conditions, or guidelines communicated by Fusion Sports and Entertainment, LLC in connection with the Event.

Event Attendee Release & Media Consent

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that the Event may be photographed, recorded, and otherwise documented.

You grant the Company and its affiliates, partners, and licensees the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to capture and use your name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance (collectively, “Likeness”) in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to print, digital, video, and promotional materials related to the Event or future Company events.

Such use may include editing, reproduction, distribution, and public display for editorial, promotional, and archival purposes. Your Likeness will not be used in a direct testimonial or endorsement context without your prior written consent.

You waive any right to inspect or approve such uses and release the Company and its licensees from any claims arising out of such use. All recordings and content are the sole property of the Company.

Event Cancellation, Postponement & Force Majeure

The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event due to circumstances beyond its control.

In such cases, paid registrants will receive a full credit toward a future event. The Company is not responsible for travel or lodging costs.

Program Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify the Event program, including speakers and schedule, without prior notice.

Registration & Payment Terms

Full payment is required at registration. Registrations are subject to approval and may be revoked at the Company’s discretion.

Cancellation Refund Policy

Within 24 Hours of Registration: Full refund, less a 2.95% processing fee.

More than 30 Business Days Prior: Refund less a $500 administrative fee.

30 Business Days or Less: No refunds.

Substitutions

Registrations may be transferred within the same organization with approval.

No-Show Policy

No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility

Attendees assume all risks and are responsible for their safety and property.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol consumption is at the attendee’s discretion and risk. The Company is not responsible for related incidents.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any damages related to attendance. Liability is limited to the registration fee paid.

Complimentary Registrations

Complimentary passes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Code of Conduct

The Company may remove any attendee for inappropriate behavior without refund.

Reservation of Rights

The Company reserves the right to interpret these policies at its sole discretion.
