Event Terms & Conditions

Event Attendee Release

This event is an editorial program, which Fusion Sports and Entertainment, LLC intends to exhibit or include in our own and/or our licensees’ print, digital, video, academic or other platforms or services (collectively, “Services”). By attending this event, you acknowledge these intended uses and irrevocably agree that we may photograph and/or record your name, likeness, voice and performance, and that we may use all or any portion thereof in any of our or our licensees’ Services, including editing and disseminating such in advertising and promotion for this event and/or others, but not in any testimonial or endorsement manner. You hereby release us from any claims that you now or later may have because of such uses. All of the above is without limitation of Fusion Sports and Entertainment’s and its licensees’ rights at law. Fusion Sports and Entertainment owns all photographs, video recordings and content of the event.

In the event that Fusion Sports and Entertainment, LLC is forced to postpone or cancel the event for any reason at any time, we will issue you a full credit towards a future non invitation-only event to paying registrants. 

Event Cancellation & Postponement Policy

Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your registration to the Fusion Sports and Entertainment produced event within 24 hours from the time of registration a full refund, minus a 2.95% processing fee will be provided.  

If you are unable to attend the Fusion Sports and Entertainment produced event, please contact us no later than Midnight EST 15 business days prior to the event start date to receive a refund in the amount of your registration fee, less a $200 administrative fee.

Refunds will not be issued within 15 business days of the event start date. If you received a complimentary pass to the event and are unable to attend, no refund will be issued or penalty charged.
